our dry wine is a liqueur wine, which is produced in the same way as port wine, only from fruit.

in order to increase the must weight, we macerate dried fruits in the mash for our dry wine. this concentrates the entire aroma spectrum.

after the must has fermented, it is fortified with our own apple brandy until the yeast dies.


the residual sugar is thus preserved and the maturing period in the wood barrel can begin.

our dry wine was in new barriques for one year before it was bottled in december 2022.
